Software Release - RADAR 3.39 Software Now Available

The latest RADAR software is now available.Ê 3.39 software is a minor bug-fix upgrade with 20+ updates ö itâs a free download for users running 3.3X software.Ê To download 3.39 software click here, or to view the 3.39 Release Notes click here.

A reminder to 3.38 users ö you can now download interim software releases like 3.39 directly from www.izcorp.com without the need to manually FTP files or create a software disk.Ê If your RADAR has WAN access, go to Main Menu/System Menu/ Update Software.Ê Choose Web:izcorp.com and the 3.39 Software option will appear. This feature can only be used for downloading free interim upgrades.

Technical Bulletin ö RADAR and New Daylight Savings StandardÊ

To help conserve energy, Daylight Savings dates in the United States and most of Canada began 3 weeks early this spring and will last one week longer in the fall.ÊÊ As RADAR had been set to automatically change time on the first Sunday of April and the last Sunday of October, this setting may no longer conform to the new Daylight Savings standards in your region.Ê To access the Technical Bulletin detailing how to change RADARâs date and time, please click here.ÊÊ

Tech Tip ö How Much Record-Time is Still on my Drive?

If youâve ever been in a recording session and wondered if your drive had enough juice left to capture the whole set, then this Tech Tip is for you!

To find out how much record-time is left on your mounted drive, just press and hold the right and left arrow keys simultaneously.ÊÊ The LCD screen on your Session Controller will display the record-time remaining in hour/minute/second format ö the same information will be displayed on the monitorâs GUI for KC24 users.Ê This function can be used while the transport is in STOP, PLAY, or RECORD.
